Orbay is a financial company that handles all the paperwork of stocks for the bank Rabobank. It is located in 'Hertogenbosch and has about 120 persons personel.

• My job was to control the complete infrastructure of 20 servers and 120 workspaces.

• Working with Exchange 2007

• RSA server

• configuring switchports and VLAN's

• Windows Server 2008

• VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

• Installing Wise clients

• Dell Equillogic Headquaters SAN

Organon a part of Schering-Plough november 2005 till august 2009

  maintain and run

• Handling backups of servers (troubleshoot them and making sure that we met, by convention, the SLA's

• Solve incidents of second and third line

• Solve minor hardware issues with 500+ servers like harddisks

• Monitor 500+ windows and unix, vms and linux servers and react on issues

• Approve servermanuals

• Decommisioned servers

• Transfered knowledge to persons from India when Organon was in the transition so that the department could be outsourced by the global company Cognizant

• Transfer of knowledge of the packaging line to the IT department

• Solving incidents that were transfered by the first line.

XP-Migratie

• Solving all incidents that would rise up during the migration of windows 95 to windows xp. Migration of +/- 5000 end-users

Servicedesk employee

• Take calls and solve incidents at first line

• Backup SDC’er (Servicedesk Controller)

MIS Assistant

• Taken care of daily backups

• Solve incidents of end-users with Excel, Windows, Word, Access, Outlook etc
